"As this is a self check-in it would be most helpful to have a three-ring binder listed with items such as “how to” use the peat stove, turn on the hot water, turn on the heat, identify the wifi code. There is a binder filled with bar and restaurant info but what I recommend is different. I did email the host about the wifi code and he let me know it is posted near the TV. As I don’t watch TV I did not think to look in that space. I wanted to try the peat stove as on my Dingle Way walk I saw...

"Cannot say enough good things about this little cottage. It’s excellently located to all the best attractions in Kerry, and it’s perfectly situated in the country but close enough to Castleisland to make getting groceries and going to the local pub easy. The caretaker, Timmy, built a fire for us twice and a local man gave my Dad an autographed book of his own poetry. Absolutely perfect accommodation for a family trip."

"We stayed at the Priory for four nights for a work trip. We were working in the forest all week and it was great to come back to a warm wood stove and excellent jacuzzi / shower. We also made use of the washer and dryer provided. "

"The property is beautifully situated on the edge of a large forested area and the views were spectacular. The property was in excellent shape, as described and we had an excellent stay! Be prepared for bit of a drive from town but well worth it - we would stay here again!"

"House is a short drive to Killarney National Park, and in a rural area. There’s a small convenience store right next door, owned by the home owner. The owner, himself, is very welcoming. If we are ever to travel to the area again, I wouldn’t hesitate to book again."

"We stayed at jack duggan pub. It was clean, comfortable and spacious accommodation and really fun to have the bar. On a busy road so some traffic noise but with windows closed it was fine. The house is well stocked, our host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any queries. We went to the griffin for a nice pub dinner one night and the staff there were fabulous. "

"The setting was beautiful. Just outside the national park. The check-in procedure was fine but we had no idea where to go. There are no signs for “The Reserve.” The apartment was pleasant but it needed a good deep cleaning. There was all kinds of stuff on the floor, long hairs in the shower floors and pube hairs on the wall of the shower. The lack of air conditioning was fine. We opened the windows and it was cool. There were also portable fans in the bedrooms. The kitchen kettle also needed a...

"We stayed here for 6 days and I can honestly say the staff went out of their way to make everything a very pleasant experience . The restaurant food was excellent, the breakfast was good with many choices , the pub served well made drinks and nicely poured pints. Seeing the local deer herd was a bonus. The Muckross Abbey is within walking distance. The jaunting carts do pick ups at the hotel. Killarney center is s stone throw away. I can recommend!! "
