"This property was just as quiet and close to nature as we had hoped. Even with a music festival running for three days 2 km up the road, we heard nothing, the tiny house being in a deep dip. We had a beautiful deer and small black bear visit over the course of our stay. There is a viewing platform level with the tops of the fir trees up the steep hillside. "Stayed at the cabin for 4 days. It's a great cabin in the woods by the lake. Very peaceful and relaxing. We went for a morning kayak right from their beach on the lake which was a great way to experience the lake. The cabin is super cozy and has a beautiful deck with a view of the lake. They have thought of many great little touches like a bottle of local wine, a jar of local jelly and lots of snacks. Would definitely stay again."

"The place was great, tiny cabin on a lot with guest-shared bathroom and kitchen. Great location, close and overlooking Nelson. Lovely little patio. My only complaint was that we got there right after a long hike and I really wanted a hot shower and there was some large scary bugs in the shower. But that can’t be helped in a kind of outside bathroom. The host was great and gave us great recommendations on things that were happening in Nelson. "
