"Stayed at the cabin for 4 days. It's a great cabin in the woods by the lake. Very peaceful and relaxing. We went for a morning kayak right from their beach on the lake which was a great way to experience the lake. The cabin is super cozy and has a beautiful deck with a view of the lake. They have thought of many great little touches like a bottle of local wine, a jar of local jelly and lots of snacks. Would definitely stay again."

"This cabin was perfect for us, it’s nestled in the woods in a private spot. The view was lovely from the deck and lots of windows makes it bright inside the cabin. The cabin was made to include everything you may need. Clean and well cared for and really endearing. The host was wonderful, responsive and very informative about local areas to explore. We love this cabin as a jumping off point between adventures. Looking forward to coming back again soon."

"The place was great, tiny cabin on a lot with guest-shared bathroom and kitchen. Great location, close and overlooking Nelson. Lovely little patio. My only complaint was that we got there right after a long hike and I really wanted a hot shower and there was some large scary bugs in the shower. But that can’t be helped in a kind of outside bathroom. The host was great and gave us great recommendations on things that were happening in Nelson. "

"Was a lovely little cabin. Very clean and homey. It was very quiet in the evening so you could the frogs. The outside was nice but there were lots of wasps. They did have traps out but think it was just the year for them as they wear ever where. Never made it to the lake so can not say about that. But we did enjoy the peace and quiet"

"It was perfect for staying close to Selkirk College as I was in town to visit my son with his Granny. Nice to have two bedrooms. The downside was that we brought e-bikes and were not allowed to store them inside the garage due to the owner's dog occupying it. Expensive bikes stayed out in the rain overnight with electronics getting wet. The owner was on site but never greeted us or offered a solution to the bike storage. No cable TV.
