Breakfast was nice but the full English could be bigger, you get one of everything, 1 egg, 1 hash brown etc… What let the hotel down for us was the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom was dated and unclean, the shower needed a good scrub and the kettle, coffee machine etc in the room were covered in dust. "Such a magical place to stay for the nearby town. All of the Harry Potter filming locations were awesome to see and the town was so chill. There was something very D&D about checking in with the bar keep to get a room at the Inn above the pub. We absolutely loved staying here, and everyone was extremely kind. "

"The staff were very welcoming. I was traveling alone so decided to book the snug bedroom. I was pleasantly surprised. It was well equipped with tea and coffee facilities, large disabled access wet room. TV and an extra rad if I was cold. For the one night stay it had everything I needed. Breakfast was delicious with fresh orange juice and service you could not fault"

"We warmly welcomed upon arrival. The gentleman who took our luggages to store before check in was very thorough in his suggestions on what to do for our 24 hour visit in the area. All the front staff were warm and that really made us want to come back to Bath. "

"The staff were phenomenal, Rachel, I believe her name was, was so welcoming the night we got there, so chatty and friendly, she made it seem like a home away from home, especially since we were so far away from home. The room was beautiful and so clean, I could’ve just lived in there forever, and the breakfast staff the morning after were so unbelievably kind, made sure we were well attended to, we definitely will be back next time we’re down there. I must say, the car park was slightly hard to find 😂 but that could have just been me, apart from that it was everything we could have asked for and more"
