"Oceane (female) who checked us in is very nice and helpful. She even gave us recommendations for restaurants and also, they were willing to accommodate our bags overnight while we took an overnight trip to the beach. Very responsive in WhatsApp. Don’t let the facade and entrance to the hotel fool you. It’s very nice and everything you want to see within walking distance. "

"For the price you cant go wrong. Excellent central location. Good air con, comfy bed. Please note you must pick up key from a separate location around the corner, simple enough but you need to be mindful of this on arrival. You will need to be able to walk up stairs to property as there is no lift. "

"The second floor advised, is actually even higher. As it takes a very steep flight of stairs to get to, so feels more like 4th floor. So not great if one has a heavy suitcase."

"The location of the accomodation is in the heart of the town. The room was normal, nothing special. The view is nothing to see, not even the sun and because of that the air inside the room is not the best. Breakfast ok, repetitive. They advise free baby cot but they actually charged me 10 euros! "

"We were picked up at the airport and transferred to hotel. Staff was very professional and courteous. Rooms were renovated and clean. Excellent. Stayed there for one evening because was going to NorthEast in the morning. We would stay there again if in that part of town. Highly recommend."

"I thought i was lost because the front of the bldg was not as advertised. But the owner did provide private parking at an extra cost so i wouldn't have to find street parking for my rental which was not a European compact car (ie. A mini or smart car) which would have been a nightmare in citt parallel parking. The place was clean and in a great location near old town."

"The hosts were extremely welcoming and accommodated an early checkin. The room looked to be newly remodelled, very clean and modern. Breakfast was lovely with homemade cakes/muffins each day, fresh fruit, toast, yogurt and more. Although the street itself is not atmospheric, you’re less than 5 mins walk away from restaurants, cafes and shops and the hosts were very helpful in offering up suggestions and providing directions."

"Laura and Sandro were wonderful!!! They were very helpful in suggesting where to visit, eat and how to make the most out of our stay in Cagliari. The B&B was very clean, modern and the breakfast was wonderful with a view of the city. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely return."

"Nice room in an excellent location to explore central Cagliari. Excellent hosts, and great communication. Would definitely stay there again. Other reviewers noted the bed is a pull out, but it's very comfortable, and I had no problems sleeping on it. "

"Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au B&B. La chambre était très jolie, la literie très confortable, tout était très propre à notre arrivée. L’heure d’arrivée a été très flexible et Alessandra a pu s’adapter à nous, ce qui a été très appréciable. Le petit déjeuner était bon. Nous aurions apprécié avoir un peu plus de choix, en particulier en salé. "

"The house is recently built, it's very cosy and in a good condition. It's located very close to the nicest beaches. To some - even within a walking distance. Nice and quiet neighbours. The owner is very friendly and helpful."

"We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Het huis is ruim en prettig ingedeeld. Het zwembad is lekker groot en door de eigenaar netjes schoon gemaakt aan het begin van ons verblijf. Er waren kolen om te barbecueën en met twee koelkasten was er genoeg plek om boodschappen te stallen. Er ligt iets verder een regionale weg die je soms kunt horen maar dat stoort totaal niet. Het contact met de eigenaar was erg eenvoudig en ze was erg behulpzaam. Er zijn mooie stranden vlak in de buurt. Een aanrader."

"We really liked our stay. Amazing view on the breezy terrace. The place was clean and well equipped and has a wonderful Swimming Pool. The air conditioning system was efficient and not noisy. We used it night time and it help us to have a good sleep. Bedrooms were nice as the Bathrooms with good water pressure. The 2nd bedroom could do with a topper mattress as we found it a little hard. It took us time to get used with the recycling system 😅 but managed after all. We wanted to used the bbq but...

"The staff are fantastic here, some of the digital services are very clunky (room order app, aircon fiddly, cant stream to TV etc) but the staff compensate for these minor issues very well and fixed all but streaming fast. The room was very comfortable, breakfast was excellent, cocktails good and great location to explore from. Honestly though the staff make this place a 5* review, absolutely faultless."

"We really enjoyed our stay at T-Hotel. The checkin was very efficient. We liked the sunken bar snack area. The staff there were very efficient and friendly. A minor problem with the closet hinge was fixed quickly. Parking across the street in underground parking was excellent. A great stay !"
