"Our stay from check in til check out was amazing. We were there for a mix of business and sightseeing. David at the front desk was kind and knowledgeable!!! He showed us how to get around to the major sites from a map. Made wonderful dinner recommendations and just was wonderfully kind. Breakfast is amazing every AM and o provided a toi go option for the days I was leaving early for conference, I cannot give enough stars df recommendation!!!!!"

The rooftop bar and food service were excellent. Food and drinks were great. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Florence."
