"The hotel was close to the train station making arriving and departing easy. It was an easy walk to the port to get a ferry. The bus stop is close for using the bus. It had a lovely sitting area on the roof. The hotel was clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. No gluten free on offer. "

"This is THE place to stay! This piazza is the main place in the whole of Mantua, and you'll be right next to everything. I was charmed to find myself in a room the size of an apartment, with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. I was less than charmed to find out that the Italian passion for saving energy meant that the washing machine and stove are turned off unless one stays for a month. I thought I was in a loft, but it turned out I could hear the people above me rearranging furniture until late each night, but other than that, it was charming and perfect."
