"A man punched me inside my room when he tried to sleep in the bed I was assigned to. I said I was calling the police and the Italian chased me down the hall pulling down his pants saying explicit words. The staff wouldn’t call the police and basically defended him and said we didn’t see it so nothing we can do. I asked them to watch the video of him pulling down his pants in the hall chasing me and they did they didn’t have time. Absolute disgrace and very u safe place. My bags were moved...

"Small problem with mosquitos first night, but that was fixed immediately the next morning. The wall plugs had just run out of liquid. Absolute prime location to see the old town from, could not be better for that. Floors could do with a bit of a more regular sweep/clean. Nice bathrooms."

"Camera molto spaziosa e pulita, così come il bagno. Ottima accoglienza (il proprietario ci ha aspettato ben 3 ore dopo l'orario di chiusura), e ottima colazione con torte fatte in casa!!! "We were quite satisfied with our stay here. The apartments are a good size and our premium apartment had everything we needed. Most importantly the AC worked well and was able to keep the whole place cool. The 3 pools are all a good size and various depths to meet all needs.
