"Carmen and Alicia are excellent hosts. They are incredibly welcoming and gave great dining and site seeing recommendations. All their rooms have private baths which are extremely clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the full breakfast was outstanding! We had eggs, cheese and ham, juice, homemade cake and coffee. However the directions given and address are incorrect and misleading, when I queried this I was told everyone has that problem; so why don’t they correct it. The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. The sauna and gym were closed due to Covid-19, this is understandable but there was no mention of this online, and I tried calling beforehand to ask but no one answered. "The property was in a quiet location but had lovely views of the canal & attached swimming pool. The kitchen was well equipped but a kettle would have been useful for making cups of tea. The facilities were good but the balcony got very hot even at breakfast time so a parasol or some sort of shade would have been great."
