"There were many things broken or not in good condition. There was a leak in the ceiling of the bathroom, the vanity would not drain well, a light in the bathroom and another one in the room need to be replaced, a pillowcase was stained, the curtain was broken, the hair dryer was installed incorrectly so we could not use it, there was mold in the shower corners, the shower head was taped to the rod so it could not be raised or lowered. The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members.
