"The location was great , the decor was super and the breakfast was good. The one drawback which is not widely mentioned which is an issue is that the square outside the hotel is a market which is taken down each night, and then buskers play at night. The problem is that they then set the market up from scratch starting at 4 am, so the chances of sleeping (with the shouting and banging) is zero."

"The location of this property couldn’t be beat. It’s in the heart of Florence so everything is accessible. My only gripe is that in the Expedia site it says Breakfast included. It should say “continental breakfast” as all the bookings I make have to include breakfast and it was quite a disappointment.
