The owners are wonderful and make it such a great experience - they offer so many services (like beautiful breakfasts, dinners, yoga classes, wine tours, anything you could want!) and the property itself is so charming and relaxing. Hotels.com told me the property refused to refund. They had washer and dryers that automatically shut off at night making it impossible to open up the washer door to retrieve your clothes - the door was locked as the program wasn't finished. "There are hardly enough words to describe how wonderful our stay was at Moonfra. The property is located in a charming village outside of Asti, with many nearby villages with delicious restaurants serving piemontese cuisine. Chiara and her family could not be more welcoming and helpful. My only regret is that our stay was too short. We look forward to returning soon."

"The hosts had done an amazing job to make us feel welcome as guests. We have rented a lot of vacation homes in the region over the years, but this by far exceeded our expectations. The house was very clean and although being located next to small road, it was screened very well to the pool and garden, and the views were amazing!
