"It's important to mention that this isn't a hotel per se; they're more like apartments or studios. There's no reception or lobby. All coordination is handled by text messages/whatsapp/email , including check-in process and later the city tax payments, etc. The staff who checked me into the room were very friendly. The room is modern, well-appointed, and comfortable. The location is good."

"This place is a hidden gem! Quiet, peaceful, and walkable to the the center of Como. Make sure to reserve a parking spot if driving in - we didn’t, and had to find street parking. Ended up working out but had to park a few mins away. Breakfast here was AMAZING, and the staff is so kind. We can’t recommend enough!"

"The apartment was very comfortable and well located however the checkin process was not good. No address was supplied prior to arrival, and the address on the map is incorrect. When we rang the number a non english speaker could not help, we waited and finally received another address. we walked there and again had to wait for someone to attend and let us in. I suggest a lockbox or similar would avoid this bad experience."

"This is the best place I've stayed at in this Northern Italy trip hands down. This is a beautiful, classy property worthy any compliment thinkable for Como. It's modern, stylishly équipée, and very well maintained. No idea why anyone would complain about noise in previous comments. This is low season, almost no one in the hotel.
