They called the cab for us, they ordered pizza delivery for us, and even let us use their wall plug because we did not bring an EU outlet with us. The suite is so unique and I highly recommend to book it or any room here! It is south of Pompeii and Naples but do not let that deter you!! It was confusing, frustrating and turned out ok, but not ideal when you plan certain events around your booked choice of hotels. Without reliability I would be hesitant to rebook there.
