"It was perfection! The most picturesque view! Kids (5 & 6 yrs) were able to easily walk down stairs to the beach and then catch the shuttle bus back up to the room. Lovely market next door (with the kindest staff) meant we could cook for the kids, get them to bed early and enjoy a bottle of wine and antipasto patter on the balcony in the evenings to soak up every minute with that view. Mauro and the housekeeping staff at Palazzo Margherita were so kind, helpful and hospitable. Worth the splurge...

"Beautiful hotel with pretty views and plenty of room for our family of 5. The balcony was huge and we loved sitting out there in the mornings to drink our coffee. Gennaro was incredibly helpful and even went to meet us when we arrived at the port and walked us all the way to the hotel. "Pros: Excellent location. Walk from accommodation to the pier to catch the hydrofoil to Capri took us 5min through the elevators (€1). The staff were extremely helpful, especially Alessandro who took the pains to show us where the parking garage was (€18/day) and recommended us great restaurants. They have Netflix!! Cons: The bathroom shower leaked at times and minor flooding occurs. The heater function could be better."

"We couldn't recommend this property for Sorrento, Italy any more highly. The property is on top floor and has amazing panoramic terrace along with stunning views. There was a lift available to aid in luggage / grocery transport. Bruno was very helpful before, during, and at checkout for our stay. The property is steps from the main street including restaurants and shopping. This was our second trip to Sorrento, and we hope to return again one day!"
