"Very disappointed in the house after saving so hard for our holiday and having numerous correspondences with the owner before our arrival to ensure our holiday was going to go well. Firstly I have to say, that I am now suffering with post traumatic stress disorder because there is no road to this house!. the only way to access is via an "unmade goat track" winding along the side of a very steep hill with no guard rail. "Beautiful, private, comfortable, authentic. Giuseppe was always available, kind, and generous; he even picked me up at the station. I found the experience of living under the olive trees deeply transformative. The walk to Pisciotta is steep and lovely, taking 20 to 30 minutes, depending on your level of fitness. Walking to the beach is more like 40 minutes to an hour. Don't forget the part about sheets and towels."
