"Room with king bed was great. Nice little back door to small patio and access to central courtyard that was beautiful. The whole place with this warm cabin like feel tonit. The entire staff was very nice and welcoming. Highly recommend this place. We will return, and make this a regular retreat for us."

" This is my favorite place to stay. I have been staying here since the early 2000s and have stayed at least 10 times (if not more). The Inn is beautifully and meticulously restored keeping with the time-period of the building but adding modern conveniences such as excellent water pressure, comfortable beds, and many other amenities. The owners are so warm and welcoming. I recommend the Mercantile Inn to everyone I know. "
