"A nice stay, but at the price point I was expecting that little more. Lovely room, nice food and friendly staff. Swimming pool had a maintenance issue so was unheated for the three days/ 2 nights of our stay. The heated pool was the main reason I chose this villa rather than other properties in the area. The artist residence programme sounded like a great idea but was fully booked the first day and sadly the person due to do the workshop was ill the second day and their workshop was...

"Property is beautiful! Actually picture perfect, with a good breakfast, and great value for the price . The best part is your staying on a winery and you can even smell the grapes fermenting. A great experience! The town Certaldo is so cute , we had a car and explored all around. I really recommend Maestrini Auto for a car rental in town. Recommend this hotel we loved it. "

"Apartment was very large with a fantastic outdoor dining area. Pool area was beautiful with incredible views, just needed a bit of a repaint. Owners were lovely and kind with a gorgeous dog that our children loved playing with. Great location and Pistoia is a lovely town "

"This was an amazing place with an even more amazing host. Patrizia was incredible. Super friendly and very available. She went out of her way to make our stay perfect. She was able to acquire dinner reservations at quaint but excellent restaurants throughout our stay. The accommodations were comfortable and very clean. Very enjoyable experience. 6 stars! "The home was cozy and very authentic feeling. As the home is located up the hillside, watching the sunrise and the mist dissipate over the course of the morning was picturesque. The property and surrounding area is well kept with greenery and fruit and olive trees growing everywhere. Our stay was tranquil and peaceful, and felt very authentic and uniquely Italian!"

"We stayed as a family and enjoyed the properties facilities including pool swings and outdoor games. The Tuscan dinner was enjoyable with amazing views. Property in convenient to local restaurants and provided a great recommendation list. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return. Great value. My only suggestion would be to provide some basics on arrival such as tea, coffee, milk. A hairdryer would also be useful."

"My mum and I did a girls trip here and we LOVED our stay! Just the kind of quite wind-down that we needed after the hustle and bustle of Venice and Florence. This hotel is GORGEOUS!! The food at the restraurant was superb and the pool divine on the hot Tuscan days! Easy to get to and a quick 30mins from Florence made it a wonderful choice. We both can't wait to be back!! Thank you for the beautiful stay!"

The best of Pisa.

"We were so impressed by this hotel. I was a complete pain about getting the right room so that our 3 year old would get a good nights sleep and they treated me with such grace and good humour. The rooms were very nice, we had 2 as we were travelling with family too. The breakfast was good, wake up calls were made and cabs ordered. Great advice about the area was given. They were so helpful with even supplying spare batteries for a family members medical equipment. Such a friendly hotel and it is minutes from the tower which is great if you are travelling with small children. We would not hesitate to stay there again. "
