"The property is beautiful and the setting is stunning with amazing views out to sea. Be prepared for the 15 min drive up small mountain roads from Alassio, lots of blind corners and hair-pin bends which mean you don’t pop out for milk etc easily. The property manager is on site and is helpful if you need beach or shopping suggestions. The facilities at the property are good and our children (8,11,13) loved the pool. There is however a lot of concern from the property manager about noise...

The two main bedrooms are a good size with access to a lovely terrace. The outside area is the star of the show with the amazing views and a pretty garden. "Wir waren 10 Tage im schönen Haus von Pier für unser MTB Trainingslager zur Vorbereitung auf die Rennsaison. Das Haus ist schön ruhig gelegen und hat alles was man braucht und vor allem die Garage für die Bikes war top. Die Kommunikation mit Pier war unkompliziert und er war immer super hilfsbereit."

"Leider hatten wir das Inserat nicht genau genug gelesen bzw. etwas missverstanden. Wir haben aufgrund unserer Such "Rosella" angezeigt bekommen und gebucht. Vor Ort haben wir dann festgestellt, dass es sich dabei um eine Wohnung in einem 3-Appartment-Haus handelt. Die Bilder, die dem Inserat begefügt sind, zeigen Ansichten aus allen 3 Wohnungen. Auch war uns nicht klar, dass sich der Pool im Garten des Vermieters befindet und die Teilabdeckung dauerhaft ist. Aber wir hatten Glück - die anderen...
