"Communication before arrival was excellent. Marta made a video showing how to find the property and to park. We had our own spot that for our car, sheltered by Olive Trees. Marta met us and showed us around the property. It is small, neat, and very clean. We appreciated the little family touches which show the properties history. The kitchen was adequate with a good range of plates and utensils. My wife likes to cook and was happy to be able to do so. We had our own terrace, open to the sun....

Vor Ort hilft eine Bekannt der Eigentümerin beim CheckIn aber auch bei Fragen. Wir waren 6 Gäste und haben alle 4 Schlafzimmer belegt. "Das Haus liegt idyllisch in Nähe von Testico in einer kleinen Siedlung. Durch die großen Fenster die im Esszimmer verbaut sind hat man eine herrliche Sicht auf die umliegenden Berge. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. "Geputzt hat das Haus vor unserer Ankunft keiner. Glasscherben und Kippen auf der Terasse. Hundeexkremente auf der Anlage werden nicht entfernt. Ausstattung des Hauses schlecht. Dusche rostet, Bad schimmelt, Boiler liefert nach 5 Minuten heißes Wasser für ca. 20 sekunden. Als erstes mussten wir einkaufen gehen und Küchenequipmemt kaufen, damit überhaupt gekocht werden kann. "We had a very warm welcome from Massimo and his wife. The pool and patio areas to relax are wonderful. The accommodation was lovely and clean. The location is out of busy areas so you do need to drive. There is a lovely bread shop a 10 min walk from the villa. We were not aware at the time of booking that the pool is only available to use from 9am to 6pm and the owners live on the top floor of the villa. This was not an issue at all as we had full access to the pool which made our stay....

"Two families stayed the long weekend here with 3 kids 10, 10, 8. It was beautiful and well kept, perfect little gem with a big property, covered semi heated pool and all the things you need in the kitchen. We enjoyed the sun, pool, gorgeous outdoor dinners and view. Very cool indoors at night. The host was so welcoming and booked us dinner 5 min away one night. Alassio is 15 min away down the windy road so convenient enough for a beach day and shopping in town. Easy parking. Just a perfect...
