It was clean, new(ly renovated), great front desk customer service, food onsite, everything (but a pool). It’s in a district suited for warehouses so the roads are sloppy and one directional but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Just catch an u we or use the bird scooters and you’re fine. I’d say the bartenders can be a little lax, but that’s the Italian culture apparently. You have to literally flag them down or go find them for assistance.
