"I booked two rooms and one of the rooms had non-working A/C and a back door to a common veranda that wasn't possible to lock. The management promised to refund the room but no refund was made. Hotels.com told me the property refused to refund. They had washer and dryers that automatically shut off at night making it impossible to open up the washer door to retrieve your clothes - the door was locked as the program wasn't finished. When I tried to call them for support, I got no answers. Location...

The property is located in a charming village outside of Asti, with many nearby villages with delicious restaurants serving piemontese cuisine. Chiara and her family could not be more welcoming and helpful. My only regret is that our stay was too short. We look forward to returning soon."

"I booked this property so that I could join friends in a neighbouring village for a celebration. The property was quite basic for my taste and in a more rural area than I would have liked especially as I was driving on narrow country roads at night to return to the property. Thankfully it was a quiet enough area. The host Laura was very friendly and helpful. The apartment had everything that you needed but for my taste very basic. The garden area was nice and quiet. Repas possibles et petit déjeuner. Un supermarché et Lidl en face. Top ! En pleine verdure. Si vous avez un chien : top ! Large aire de balade dans le vert collé au camping ! "The hosts had done an amazing job to make us feel welcome as guests. We have rented a lot of vacation homes in the region over the years, but this by far exceeded our expectations. The house was very clean and although being located next to small road, it was screened very well to the pool and garden, and the views were amazing! The host had even left complimentary snacks upon our late arrival, and there were even bathrobes for to all the guests and miniature shampoos, conditioners, bathsoap...
