"Can't say much about your place other than I highly recommend it. Location can't be beat, staff were very friendly and helpful, room was spacious for Europe, very modern touches and the beds were comfortable. Parking in the car elevator was a wild experience but worked well and price was in line with other hotels. We were on the 3rd floor and had a little sound in the morning from the street but nothing that woke us up or was bothersome. Highly recommend."

"The hotel was central for sightseeing and had lots of shops and restaurants around. The staff were really helpful and kind. The room was basic, could have been cleaner but was ok. It was noisy at night but they provide earplugs."

"Excellent location, if you are in decent shape and prefer walking to explore the city, it’s very walkable to the Alhambra, Albaicin. You’ll walk by shops, restaurants, moorish streets, churches and even stop for hammam, and it felt pretty safe and lively at night"

"The rooms are very basic. The hotel is located just outside the older moorish district. Breakfast was above basic but not a total buffet. However for 11 euros it was a good deal to get the day going. The team didn’t seem to know the neighborhood when asking them for suggestions. But they were polite. "

"I thought the capsule room idea was clever for a few nights and it is definitely a fun novelty versus a traditional shared dormitory bunk bed situation. The problem here is with the cleanliness. The capsule itself was disgusting. There was gum stuck to the side, smears on the walls and mirror and so much dirt and debris in the door’s sliding mechanism that it was clear they were not cleaned for a very long time. "Went out of season, so very difficult to give a review of the resort as there was nothing going on. Good location - walkable to ski lifts. Though not ski in, ski out. Very clean. I was a bit worried about access - directions to get in weren't brilliantly clear - more communication prior to arrival would be beneficial. Cosy Hotel

"For a first time ski weekend this hotel couldn’t be better! Located just by the ski lifts, secure ski lockers were provided. The room was very cosy and warm, clean, well equipped, warm soft light and hot showers. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. On last day we were able to store our belongings in the locker and take shower in a separate space for departing guests. I can highly recommend to anyone who comes with intention of skiing and being close to the heart of Sierra Nevada "

"Excellent location! Steps from the lifts⛷️ Beautiful hotel w very good dining options! I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The staff were all amazing as well, especially Lydia (my Pilates instructor at Melia SolyNieve) I can’t wait to come back next year :) Thanks Melia "

"We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. It was comfortable and the staff very welcoming. It runs a breakfast and dinner buffet which is very reasonably priced (if you haven’t selected the half board option at booking) and good quality. The hotel says it offers parking but when we arrived there was none available in its car park . On street parking is possible at €12/day but getting a space nearby was challenging. The hotel is cery close to the chair lift down into the centre of Pradollano and lift passes can be bought from the machine in the hotel reception. The decor is a little tired and dated but overall comfortable for a family trip. We are definitely considering a return trip"
