"The service was terrible: no hot water, not sufficient sheets for the number of beds…construction workers showing up at 8:00 am to work in the unit…of course, because there were broken things in the washroom and even holes in the walls…and the check-in process was a nightmare ( multiple calls and messages without response…). When we booked this place we assumed it was a hotel, it is not. We have been staying in hotels in several italian cities and this place was the worst by far."

"We chose this place for a short stay in Milan during our 10-day trip to Italy. We stayed at several VRBO rentals, and this was by far the best. The elevator in the building made it easy for us to get to the third floor. Our host left some snacks and drinks for us, which my kids enjoyed, as well as the TVs and the screen in the bathroom mirror. Very comfortable and well-decorated space. L'appartamento e' accogliente e fornito di tutti i confort. Ottimante collegato con i mezzi, pertanto abbiamo "abbandonato" felicemente l'auto in un parcheggio gratuito nelle immediate vicinanze. "We spent 4 days in Milan.Location of the apartment is convenient 5 minute walk to California stop on the new number 4 Metro line.Making travel around very easy. The apartment is very large, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. A washing machine was very nice to have . A Pam grocery store is a couple of blocks away.We would definitely stay again if we return to Milan"

"It was a not memorable experience, the flat was not very good cleaned, with some humidity flyes, floors not washed and a bit mould marks in the shower. It was not washing machine as was offered, some towels services and toilet rools, but not any other supplies, so not possible to brush or clean the toilet properly. The kitchen with a very minimum staff, but electrodomestics good. The neighbourhood area not very nice, people around drinking and a lot of rubbish in the streets. It was excellent...
