Note that they provide absolutely no spices, salt, pepper, oil, paper towel, coffee, tea, etc. Not a big deal, but would have been helpful to know that before we arrived. Bruniquel is an easy and pleasant 20 minute walk. There is a lovely, private dock on the river right outside the home. You can carry the provided lawn chairs down and swim and relax on the water. "A beautiful hotel with a stunning view. The pool was a lovely addition and our room was comfortable and well appointed. Our only complaint was that the bedroom was open to the sitting room and was not a true separate bedroom. This was a challenge for us as we were travelling with a 14 month old and found it hard to enjoy the patio and lovely space past her bedtime. This would not be a limiting factor for many people/families staying at this property and was specific to our needs. The kitchen was very well appointed and the shower was lovely and spa like. The owner was very helpful when our baby came down with an ear infection and provided us with the contact information for a doctor. We would definitely recommend this property to others."
