"Excellent location to restaurants and shopping. About an 8 minute walk to the downtown area, or, a 1 minute walk to a trolly stop. Room was very nice and as advertised. We will stay here again on our next visit."

"We stayed during a very cold weekend and had a great stay. The room stayed nice and warm for us. Getting to anywhere was super easy and downtown is a preference between just being in a car or walking with how close downtown is. We will be visiting Eureka pretty often and this is a favorite spot for the future."

"It's a quaint little house with a very historic look, though the rooms were smaller than we anticipated. However, we were in one of the only rooms that had it's own bathroom, so there are no complaints there! It's also a little difficult to get to if you decide to walk around town instead of drive."

"Host communicated efficiently & always promptly as promised. Easy check in/out instructions. We stayed in the Farmhouse Unit B, which met our needs perfectly. The studio was very clean, well appointed & the bed & linens were soft & comfortable. It is in an isolated location, yet only a 10 mile or so drive into Eureka Springs. "This is an adorable property and perfect for a weekend getaway! My partner and I have stayed here twice in the past two years, and it has been absolutely perfect both times. Great kitchen area, very comfy bed, and just enough space for 2 people. Very nice and quiet stay. The host, Durinda, is very accommodating and checks in via text regularly to make sure you have everything you need. Highly recommend this cottage if you’re planning a trip to Eureka Springs!"
