"Staff was very friendly and helpful for check-in during after hours. Place was really clean and nice, really worth the price. Coffee (good quality!) and water bottles are always available in the kitchenette. Breakfast included is from a restaurant downstairs and they have really good coffee and pastries. Highly recommended!"

"Situation in Ortigia in an area of narrow, interesting lanes full of restaurants and local businesses is fascinating. Very much an atmosphere of Sicilian Ortigia. Room was very clean and modern with aircon and good bathroom. Roof garden where breakfast is served is attractive but the breakfast itself is average. There is a car park quite close at the marina but it is very expensive. Satnav finding the loction was quite useless. Important to contact the owner before arrival."

"Horrible. Reservamos por la mañana habitación, realizando el pago y estando la reserva confirmada en dos emails por hoteles.com. Cuando llegamos por la tarde nos dijeron que no tenían sitio para nosotros. Que habían vendido nuestra habitación. Nos tocó buscar otro sitio por la zona de última hora y teniendo que pagar mucho más por la habitación. En el hotel ni se molestaron en ayudarnos o darnos alguna alternativa. Les dio exactamente igual que nos quedaramos tirados!!!! Experiencia...

"Sentralt beliggende, rent og rolig. Liten dusj, smal åpning, dusjhode for lavt for folk på 180cm. Innsjekking med nøkkel i boks med kode (gitt feil kode, så stress med det). Passer best for yngre reisende. "

"Struttura davvero molto bella e ben curata, situata in posizione ideale per raggiungere il centro di Avola in pochi passi. Camera confortevole, ampia, luminosa, spaziosa, arredata con gusto, dotata di ogni comfort. Bagno con doccia. Pulizia impeccabile. Biancheria da camera di alta qualità. Al piano terra della struttura c’è una cucina ad uso comune. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo nell’indicarci le istruzioni per il check-in e dove parcheggiare il veicolo.
