"The property was a beautiful. Cypress tree driveway, excellent pool, very nicely finished clean rooms & bathroom. The chef was on the whole very good. Located within 10km of Matera but in a quiet rural setting. The staff. Anna who served breakfast & checkout was excellent. The rest of the staff are either poorly managed and demoralised or should not be in a hospitality role. Checkin person was rude and didn’t make you feel welcome. Couldn’t really be bothered. The waiters I think must work on...

"The property was amazing and great value for money. It is on the edge of the Sassi and you only have to go a few metres to see the most spectacular views. The facilities were modern and clean and the staff/owner were very friendly, helpful and hospitable. There is also a bus stop very close in proximity which makes it easy to reach the main coach stops in the main town if you don’t fancy the scenic walk Would definitely recommend "

"Hotel a bit old fashioned, but clean. Matras a bit hard. Good for people how likes hard matras. staff was nice and very helpfully. Breakfast a litlle bit scanty. Fresh but alot of sweet food ,but good coffee. You need to rent a car because there aren’t any taxis. Shuttlebus from the hotel was very good arranged."

"Il proprietario gentilissimo purtroppo ha lasciato la struttura per un periodo in mano a degli incompetenti i quali hanno sicuramente rovinato la reputazione della struttura. "- very busy area, many many cars, but good parking garage 10m from front door - large rooms and kitchen - air conditioner did not work on first and hot night, clerk claimed he fixed it while we were out on second day - it was not fixed; after several calls and a repairman visit they moved us to another room (a very poor sleep the first night, time to deal with the repairman and move our belongings, and then the other apartments air conditioning barely worked) - no apology, no comp. - bottom...
