"The place was exactly what we needed and it was incredibly cheap for the Fri - Mon (long weekend), staff were friendly and helpful, always a nice greeting, very clean, apartments were mediumish size but perfect what we needed. Overall very very good experience! "

"Nice place to stay, location was amazing. This is a bit inconvenient if you are traveling for a shorter stay, because you have to check in about a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment. The only issue we had was the couch had dog hair on it and it transferred to dark clothing. This was the only thing that wasn’t ideal. "

"These apartments are basic but very clean. Kitchen has limited utensils and therefore you can't really do much cooking but there is a full size fridge with freezer and microwave and coffee machine. My criticism really is there is no air con and the rooms are really stuffy, particularly the bathroom as ours didn't have a window. The pool area was great but sunbeds are an issue with people reserving them and there's no one to monitor this. I think often the pool is used by non residents and was...

"We had a lovely time. The apartments are in an excellent location with easy access to a store and a few restaurants. The shared garden is awesome for kids and with a 15 minute walk you can get to the beach. The staff was super nice. The beds were "on the harder side". We spend around 8 days there. During the week, it was calm and peaceful. In the weekend there was some partying and noise."

"The entry time is fine. Not the departure time 10 am, not good, dirty sheets. Very small parking lot, very little toilet paper, only 2 packages."

"Used this hotel as a base for a weekend wedding. The hotel has a lovely village nearby with nice places to eat and a stunning beach town that is only just under a 10 minute drive away. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on food however the apartments were large, spacious, clean and comfy. Definitely good value for money. "

"The apartment had a horrid musky damp smell, that permitted throughout the stay. Half the lights and plugs didn't work. There is no air con, and the ceiling fan is weak making the apartment sauna like conditions and extremely uncomfortable. The wardrobes, cupboards and draws were not clean and covered in dust, and needing to be cleaned before unpacking suitcases. No sunbeds around the pool, leaving towels and feet covered in dirt from the grass, and being transferred in to the pool / apartments....

Amazing view

"The Hostalilo hotel offers a pleasant experience with a stunning view that allows guests to fully enjoy the surroundings. The cleanliness of the property is impeccable, contributing to a comfortable stay. The breakfast is varied, with high-quality products, making it a great start to the day. "One thing - if you use Google maps it will take you up a tiny street you cannot turn around in. I dropped off my partner and then was committed to a very slow 20 minute drive through small alleyways with pedestrians to find the way out and parking. It was just a 6-minute walk downhill back to the hotel but still kind of a stressful experience. Not the hotel's fault... Hotel and rooms are awesome. Just don't drive to the front door."

A comfortable stay in Girona

"The hotel is comfortable, quiet, and very clean. It is a 10 minute walk to the old town and a 5 minute walk to the train station. The neighborhood has cafes and stores, including a supermarket a few paces from the front door. Clean towels every three days, no coffee/kettle in the room, but otherwise perfectly acceptable."
