All coordination is handled by text messages/whatsapp/email , including check-in process and later the city tax payments, etc. The staff who checked me into the room were very friendly. The room is modern, well-appointed, and comfortable. The location is good."

"The apartment was very comfortable and well located however the checkin process was not good. No address was supplied prior to arrival, and the address on the map is incorrect. When we rang the number a non english speaker could not help, we waited and finally received another address. we walked there and again had to wait for someone to attend and let us in. I suggest a lockbox or similar would avoid this bad experience."

It was very comfortable sleeping there alone and the whole area was clean, including the 2 bathroom, kitchen, living room, and bed. 5 star recommendation for this hostel while in Milan"

"Property is in a perfect location. The only downside in my opinion was finding it is very difficult and there is no hotel service such as room service. You will have to walk with your luggage to find the location as taxis cannot drop off at the location."
