If you don't speak Italian remember to bring some DVDs to watch when you are relaxing inside as there is limited English programming on the television . There was plenty of bedding and linens for the cold nights and a fireplace and space heater to warm the house up. "Beautiful well appointed flat in the middle of Lucca! Steps away from all of th sites and sounds of the city! Kitchen, terrace, bedrooms /bathrooms were all pristine! Only complaint was contractors on scaffolding right outside the terrace and kitchen windows…..and the elevator was out of service for a 5th floor flat. A pre-arrival notification would have been appreciated as we would have attempted to find an alternate location without the walk up."

"Luigi and Roberta’s apt. Is perfectly located only 10 minutes from the train station and from San Pietro entrance to the historical part of Lucca. This was our 3rd time at their place. Always greeted by the owners to their immaculate property. Thanks for another great visit to Lucca"

"cute clean house. location suited me due to being there for work not far away from this house. In front of the house is a park - very green (bamboo, olives, fruit trees) with a big tree giving shades in summer for the car and the people :-) Not sure how you want to squeeze in 5 people though. Suitable for 2-3 people I would say. Good Internet as well. The Host was very friendly and responsive. "

"What a beautiful location. Perfect for day trips to all the Tuscan attractions and towns. Less than 5 minute drive to Montecarlo where you can find some lovely restaurants. Grocery shopping is close by as well. Luigi and Franca were awesome. Luigi went out of his way to educate us on where to go in Tuscany and shared much about his interesting life history. Don't miss Franca's most amazing tiramisu. Sorry I didn't get the recipe!"

"Wunderschönes Häuschen, alles dort wird wirklich mit liebe gepflegt und das sieht man. Die gastgeber waren soo freundlich und haben uns gegen ein faires Entgeld bekocht , es war sooo lecker . Der pool ist top. Wir können nichts negatives sagen ausser dass es bei uns unten phme klima wirklich sehr heiss war , die Räume oben haben eine klima. Man ist auf jeden fall auf ein Auto angewiesen .
