"Very clean, comfortable beds, beautiful-comfortable bedroom and bathroom. The restaurant is great! white tablecloths and impeccable setting in the dining room. Breakfast had good variety of meats and cheeses, fruits, croissants and pastries. One night we ordered an Aperol-Spritz drink. It was good, but it cost 10 euro. In good restaurants they cost an average of 6 euros. I didn't like that The hotel staff was very friendly. Fabio was helpful with directions and suggestions about the city. Pretty hotel in a nice neighborhood near the wall. Access to the "old city" was convenient. "

We were three in each of the rooms and there was no chance to make the personnel that prepared/cleaned the rooms to understand they needed to give un plates and cups for three people. Also had to ask for toillet paper. On the contrary the personnel at the breakfast area was absolutelly great. In particular Mrs Tyss, she was really kind and attentive."
