"This villa has beautiful views accross the valley. Weather was warm but changeable so the undercover eating area was very relaxing. Lots of room and well equipped. Pool lovely. Car recommended as location very hilly. 10 mins walk downhill to a lovely restaurant (ristorante rina). Water pressure could drop making showers challenging. Very nice housekeeper, Beatrice."

"The house is very large on the outskirts of Lucca part way up a hillside in a forested setting, about 10 minutes from the Lucca wall. We enjoyed our two week stay there. The contact, Andrea, met us at the house, and explained every aspect of the property. And he checked in with us in person and by phone several times during our stay. The house contains four bedrooms and two bathrooms, both of which are upstairs, which necessitates climbing about 24 stairs to use them if you are on the first...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa. The villa is on a large property with its own pool. The bedrooms are great sizes and the bathrooms are large as well. The villa is very comfortable and the outside area is wonderful. The property is taken care of by Happy Rentals and they are fantastic to deal with.
