"I don't usually leave reviews but we were pretty blown away. The place was super nice, clean and spacious with AC and access to laundry through the property manager. The property manager couldn't have been nicer and accommodating. We were waiting for some sort of catch given how big and nice the apartment looked online but from our experience everything was completely legit. Highly recommend! "

"Il posto ha una posizione ottima per camminare nel centro ma è in ztl quindi non raggiungibile in auto (non un problema se avete poco bagaglio ma scomodo se si ha bagaglio pesante o ingombrante). Parcheggi a pagamento economici nelle vicinanze. Purtroppo se le condizioni delle zone comuni era buone (frigorifero non pulitissimo ma il resto ok) altrettanto non posso dire della stanza. Pareti sporche, water non pulitissimo e poco stabile. La cosa più fastidiosa purtroppo è stato l’odore di scarico...

"Was originally a monastery. Incredible staff. Beautiful views. Make sure to ask for room with A/C because not all have one. No elevator but staff assists with luggage. Good idea to upgrade to suite. Very historic rooms. Be sure you are ready for a somewhat challenging drive and narrow road up to hotel which can be challenging at times. We love this place and will return. "We have stayed before in Villa in Italy but this one is above any expectations. The house is stunning, the owner and people who take care of the place were super responsive and lovely to deal with. House could use some door screens (I think they are installing them) and maybe a few little things for the kitechen (we were a group of foodies who loves to cook) but they offered to get what we need and I can not imagine a better place. Location was great as it was 30 min walk to center of Folinio...
