"We only had a few days to visit due to our schedules being so busy. Our grandsons live in Colorado Springs, they’re the reason we visited. The Little Bear Cottage is the perfect place for a quick visit! Much better that a hotel! It’s clean and cozy, we even got lucky to saw a few dear napping in the backyard of the neighbors. Highly recommended!!"

"Overall great place for 2 people and the location was great as well. The hosts were great and easy to talk to if you needed to. It was clean and had a fire pit out back. The sofa is pretty uncomfortable I will say and the tv is slow but otherwise it was great. I’d say here again. "

"This little house was perfect for us in every way. The kitchen was furnished with care. Bed was comfortable. Our son came and slept on the pullout couch for two nights and said it was great. Although we didn’t use it, there is a sweet backyard with a table and chairs. Best of all for us is that it is so close to Colorado College where we visited our granddaughter. We loved it here!"

"My husband and I enjoyed 5 days at this quaint, clean and cozy cottage. Across the street and down the cañon from amazing hiking. Unique neighborhood. Walking distance to cute coffee shop with great breakfast. Loved hearing the bells from The Broadmoor. David and Karen are amazing hosts providing great information on local sites/activities and restaurants. Hope to stay again. "

"My daughter and I travelled to Co Springs to tour UCCS. She is planning to go there in the fall. The cottage was a perfect for for us. We went to the grocery store and got a few things to make for breakfast, snacks, etc. Teresa has the kitchen so well appointed, anything you might need! The beds were comfortable, nice sheets, and everything was super clean! Everything is within 15 min of this place!! Garden of the Gods, UCCS, restaurants, Manitou Springs… we will definitely stay here again!! "

"Our son and daughter-in-law enjoyed their stay at the cabin and said that it was even better in person! They saw deer on the property and accessed Garden of the Gods trails within walking distance. "

"This property was cute. There were a couple of personal dislikes. First the bed squeaks horribly. Every time you get in and out, roll over etc. Thank goodness I remembered my ear plugs for both myself and my husband or we would not have had any sleep. The shower does not drain so by the end you are standing in dirty soapy water. Otherwise it was everything we needed for our stay. "
