The path down to our entrance was a little daunting as it was covered with little round stones so we had to be careful not to slip or fall - one person is 68 years old so it was a little bit of a challenge for her. "This property is our favorite place to stay in the Springs area. So convenient to any excursion, and the cute little town of Manitou nestled within the mountains can be viewed directly from the wonderful balcony on this historic carriage house. We stayed on the East side of the property for this trip and it did not disappoint! We were welcomed with a nice note and lovely bottle of wine!
