"This apartment, in my opinion, is in need of modernisation and refurbishment; including (but not limited to) an air-conditioning/heating, wall-mounted, unit in the living area and in the bedroom: propellor ceiling fans and propellor portable fans are not adequate, nor suitable, during the height of summer.
