"Great Friendly Hotel"

"We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Pensione Monti, the staff were all lovely and couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful during our stay. The hotel itself is good. It has a great pool with lovely views of the island. Using the thermal spa at the bottom of the hotel was great—it has a sauna, a thermal bath, and a hot and cold small pool. The breakfast buffet was good, with a nice selection of breakfast foods, along with freshly cooked scrambled eggs and delicious homemade cakes. The room...

"The hotel is average at best Room didn’t have water or trash can. It was very basic Water in the bath wasn’t hot Breakfast was ok but it starts at 8 am! I have never seen a hotel starts breakfast that late! You have to ask for milk as they don’t leave it outside! So everyday I put cereal and ask for milk! There’s one coffee machine with a long waiting line There’s a beach around 7 minutes walking but the guy at the hotel invited us to private beach which is paid Hotel should offer free shuttle...

"It was an absolutely gorgeous property. Pristine and very upscale. It seemed a little isolated from restaurants, etc. But we were right next to a spa with beautiful pools at the ocean.. would definitely go back."

"The staff, cleanliness and view were amazing! Felt extremely safe and welcomed at all times. Only negative was that the walls are paper thin to the point where the whole room echos if someone flushes the toilet next door. Other than that unfortunately I did not get a sea view as there was a pine tree in the way but the positive was that my balcony was private. Would recommend, just not if you are a light sleeper like I am. "
