"Staying in this apartment itself was a great experience, but add in the owner Leonardo to the equation and it felt like a personal tour guide came with the place. He is a great ambassador to this island. He knows the right people and the right places for dining suggestions. Each time we had a question about getting somewhere or where to eat, he was quick to respond and even followed up to see how things went. On the beach in the most idilic of settings means the perfect holiday for us, if you are looking for somewhere quiet within walking distance of the town of Forio then this is it! Antonio was a great host and was very friendly and helpful really couldn’t do enough for us 😊❤️"

"Could do with a complete refurbish. Two rooms had no hot water. Toilet seats missing . Some bathrooms had black mould and needs resealing . Could not cook as cooking equipment dated not even a sharp knife to cut melon. Only three teaspoons . We had seven children . We did not eat in once. The barbecue was dirty dated and not useable. We paid €10 for bedding and towels each person . Most towels ok, two bedrooms had old towels I would use as dog towels. One couple left after one week as they could...

"Horrible experience! We waited in a car on the near by corner in getting neighborhood for 3 hours and host NEVER answered. We had to find a new place to stay at 7 pm at night. And I had to call Vrbo a few time to get refunded."
