"Property was very spacious and clean. The instructions to reach out to service desk should have been available in the room. Bottled water should have been kept based on the number of guests. There were only 2 small bottles of water for 4 guests. Similarly, tea and coffee availability was only for 2 guests. Should have been for 4. "

"The Hotel and rooms looked great, were clean and generally very spacious. The kitchen staff, the porter and especially the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great as it is only a few minutes walk to the tram station and an endless amount of varied shops and restaurants. "

"Kenzi hotel is lovely and has a good location in Casablanca. Unfortunately, they have a real problem with the elevators. I’ve stayed there twice and both times, most of the elevators have seemed to be out of order so you can easily wait 20 minutes to get up or down. This wouldn’t be a big deal except that the Kenzi prides itself on its height and great views. "
