"The Hotel and rooms looked great, were clean and generally very spacious. The kitchen staff, the porter and especially the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great as it is only a few minutes walk to the tram station and an endless amount of varied shops and restaurants. "

We were out one day and we came back to the room unlocked, the housekeeping cart in the living room, the windows open but no one was in. This was rather disconcerting as we had our bags in our room. There are also many restaurants around. The train to the airport costs $8 in first class and leaves ten minutes to every hour. There is a police station about 200 meters away and I got the impression the surrounding area is very safe. "
