" Wir hatten uns sehr auf den Aufenthalt gefreut, aber leider haben wir das Haus nicht in dem Zustand vorgefunden wie es beschrieben war. Das Haus war deutlich mehr runtergekommen als auf den Bildern, und wirklich sauber war es auch nicht... Es gab an einigen Wänden Schimmel und Wasserflecken und der Gemeinschaftspool war Grün. "This is a lovely spot in the hills, the pool a godsend in the scorching heat. The apartment was everything we expected, ideal for a family of four. Great restaurants nearby but sadly lacking a bar/pasticceria that is reaslitically walkable. There seems to have once been one but is now closed down. Ruth and her family were so welcoming and were very helpful and easy to deal with. They left us to it but were on hand if we needed anything"

"Just returned from 2 weeks at this fantastic property! The views are breathtaking and the historic, updated farmhouse is charming beyond words. It has been in the family for 300 years and is well loved. From the collections of antique alarm clocks to the professional stove - it was perfect. It is an actual farm, which we loved! We looked forward to the daily visits from the dog, cat and bunny. There are cows, sheep and horses too. The driveway is lined with olive trees. Pizzeria "Da Carla" is...

"Beautiful traditional Tuscan farmhouse set in lovely peaceful landscape. The house is well equipped with everything you will need. The rooms are all large and airy and, importantly, every window has a mosquito screen. The beds are big, comfortable with nice quality linen and each bedroom has more than adequate storage. In particular we loved the covered terrace and spent most of our evenings there. The local co-op shop is a five minute drive away (you will find only basic provisions there)and...

"We had a lovely couple of weeks at Jacopo’s house. The house has been beautifully restored and set in an olive grove and vineyards. The house is relatively remote but within easy 10mins drive to towns. A car is essential for a stay at this property. Jacopo was a great host and readily available if we needed him, and gave great tips and advice vice on places to visit. We would definitely recommend and stay again in the future. "

"Rustic, clean, comfortable and very charming farmhouse with breathtaking views. We woke up to birds singing and the smell of honeysuckle. Ate breakfast in the beautiful private garden with hummingbirds and small lizards visiting. Hosts were accessible and very helpful. Everything is as pictured and worked well. 15 min from grocery store and 10 min from beach. Highly recommend!!!!!!"

"Een prima woning in het mooie Emilia-Romagna. Een perfecte uitgangspositie om naar Bologna, Modena of het nabijgelegen natuurgebied te gaan. Je hebt wel een auto nodig, met het OV raad ik het af. De woning is goed uitgerust en erg netjes. Bed slaapt prima en de keuken biedt precies wat je nodig hebt. Wel een nadeel: de omgeving. Helaas voor de verhuurder kan hij hier niets aan doen. De hond van de overburen blaft iedere nacht meerdere keren langdurig. Daarnaast begon een -zo lijkt het- dronken...

"From beginning to end, this stay was amazing. Best and most beautiful place we've stayed yet. The village of Castelveccio is so lovely, and the views day and night are stunning. Communication with Arianna and her brother, Giacomo was superb throughout, and both were very helpful. Although this place is remote, there is a very good restaurant within a short walk. And walk you will. Not for anyone with mobility issues, because you will walk up and down steep cobblestone streets. DO come if you...
