"Overall the property was nice, location is an 8 out of 10. Nice touches left with popcorn and m&m’s. Only complaint was the outside noise, especially the trains."

"Location.. Location.. Location.. I almsot don't want to say how Incredibly Awesome that unit and the Hospitality was all weekend! Why!? Because I want it for myself! Just a hop, skip and a jump to all local shops, dining, farmer's market and so much more! Though, Our favorite spot was just down the stairs, located beneath the unit, where there was a bar and grill along with a hookah lounge below it, in the basement! There's truly no words to explain how Great the spot and the Hospitality was.....

"The Luxury Flat on Jackson in the Old City was a perfect location for our family during a recent gathering for a wedding. It’s perfect for walking to Market Square, UT, and all around Knoxville. The beds were comfortable & living area was spacious & modern. Thank you!"

"Outstanding place. Book it if you can get a chance. Tucked away on top of a garage, this place is a gem. The deck views are beautiful. Especially in October. It was a great little place for my wife and I and our infant (one year old) to get away for the weekend. Great location and clean place with everything you need on a budget. Debbie is very helpful and makes the check in and accommodations simple and easy. We would definitely book this place again!"

"My wife and I traveled to Knoxville for a Tennessee game. We stayed in the Honey Bee Haven for 2 nights. The place was very clean and communication with property management was excellent. We had a short Uber to downtown and Neyland but both are within walking distance if preferred. The bed was comfortable and clean sheets and towels were provided. I would recommend the Honey Bee Haven for a short stay to anyone looking for a place close to the University or Downtown."
