"First off I will start with the hotel’s team. We stayed for 2 nights and then off to train to Porto. Our Uber scheduled to pick us up at 6:00 am cancelled as showing arriving. The overnight desk attendant was great trying to help us figure what to do. He called his manager who came and brought us to not one but 2 train stations as the first train was cancelled we made the connection at tunes in record time. He completely went above and beyond and we were truly grateful. The accommodations were great as well and convenient to restaurants shopping and the caves tour. Will definitely go back "

"We can't say enough about our stay here! It was beautiful, clean, welcoming, and the staff were helpful, kind and knowledgable. Great cocktails and views. Walkable to the town, as well as to a beautiful beach for cave tours and a great restuarant. The Seven Hanging Valleys Trail is accessible from the resort as well, and a great way to experience the beauty of this area. We can't say enough about this hotel. We will return."

"I didn’t realize that the property was far from the strip. Expedia said 18 min walk but the walk is down many streets. There are no restaurants nearby, we had to hop in the car to get anywhere. It was a close drive to carvoeiro downtown and a good location to do hiking but everything must be accessed with a car. There is someone at the reception desk til dusk, then a security guard is there overnight. There is parking on site. The suite is large, clean and has a washing machine and a large terrace. The unit has all amenities .. need to being laundry soap etc, again nothing nearby so best to stop at a grocery store before checking in, check time is 4 pm , they don’t let you check in early. Bed was comfortable but tight - was a double. The place is very clean and very quiet, very peaceful .. each morning they are our cleaning the pool area. If you are okay to drive for outings this is a nice tranquil place. "

"This was a beautiful villa. We had 4 people but it could easily sleep 10. The amenitites were great, fully equipped kitchen, washer, the pool was beautiful! A wonderful place to stay."
