"We can't say enough about our stay here! It was beautiful, clean, welcoming, and the staff were helpful, kind and knowledgable. Great cocktails and views. Walkable to the town, as well as to a beautiful beach for cave tours and a great restuarant. The Seven Hanging Valleys Trail is accessible from the resort as well, and a great way to experience the beauty of this area. We can't say enough about this hotel. We will return."

"We have taken holidays in Carvoeiro every year for the past ten years and this villa was by far the best for location, facilities, comfortable beds and pillows, shutters for blackout and space. Gaby was an excellent villa manager and was on hand should we need anything. The cleaner came and she did such a brilliant job mid stay - again one of the best we have experienced. "Spacious, well equipped apartment. 5 mins walk into village centre but huge range of good restaurants and bars and a mini supermarket on your doorstep. Easy parking, super quick communication with owner. Comfy beds, excellent shower and well equipped kitchen. Air con and heating. Sun terrace is a huge bonus, very private and catches sun all day. "Overall the property and location were good. However, the villa would benefit from some "routine maintenance" which would have given it 5 stars from us. When we arrived, the dishwasher didn't work. We reported it and 3 days later, they took the old one away and left us with nothing for the rest of our stay. When we used the sink to hand wash the dishes, it leaked dirty water all over the kitchen floor due to poor plumbing. One of the air conditioning units needed maintenance as it sprayed ice...

"First off I will start with the hotel’s team. We stayed for 2 nights and then off to train to Porto. Our Uber scheduled to pick us up at 6:00 am cancelled as showing arriving. The overnight desk attendant was great trying to help us figure what to do. He called his manager who came and brought us to not one but 2 train stations as the first train was cancelled we made the connection at tunes in record time. He completely went above and beyond and we were truly grateful. The accommodations were great as well and convenient to restaurants shopping and the caves tour. Will definitely go back "
