"Property is basically brand new everything is perfect. Breakfast is very good basically Continental Breakfast. Beds and pillows very comfortable.Room has small refrigerator but no microwave. You could use the microwave in the breakfast area, but it would be so much more convenient if each room had a small microwave."

"Easy check in, asked and reserved a non-smoking room, but could tell the room had been smoked in. Not real bad, just faint enough to know. Breakfast, grab and go Continental style. Noisy, but hotel is highway side. Traffic noise. Overall decent for what we needed and would try it again."

"Old fire station….rooms nice size fun all updated with super comfortable beds, bunk house room with drinks (non-alcohol) and snacks, fun space to hang out. Close to lots of great restaurants. "

"The room was in an old government bldg repourposed with apartments. Nice space. Comfortable bed. Couple things...no wash cloths, nightstand light switch broken so my phone didn't charge. Check in. Online check in was tedious"

Customer service not so much I work for a company that remodels stores around the area and I recently moved from Roanoke back to Lynchburg and had to find my updated license and the lady at the front desk made me feel uncomfortable with her accusations that I would mess up the room and to make sure it was clean when I left and all kinds of rude stuff ! I am very unhappy with how she treated me and hope she doesn’t treat anyone else this way because you guys may lose business "
