"Clean, quiet attached apartment space close to everything, including a park that was great for walking the dogs. Home was without stairs which was perfect for us. Have to mention the heated tile floor in bathroom which was a treat I wasn’t expecting! The roaming chickens were cute except when they pooped on the welcome mat, but free eggs for breakfast made up nicely "

"This was our first time staying in a VRBO and we were very satisfied! We were in Baton rouge for LSU graduation. The home was clean and looked just like the photos. The yard is small, but we weren't looking to spend time in that way. Beds were comfortable and all of the bedrooms had ample closet space. Would definitely stay again at this property or another property that belongs to these owners. Thank you! "

"As a tradition my wife and I come down from Colorado at the end of each year to do our Christmas time with the grand daughters and celebrate the new year in Baton Rouge staying at a convenient place within walking distance from the Mississippi River and the new years eve fireworks. This place filled the bill perfectly."

"The property was fantastic. 4 large bedrooms with 4 large bathrooms was perfect for our group of 8 adults. The master bedroom and ensuite was amazing. There’s plenty of room everywhere for everyone to have space. The kitchen was the focal point for my group of people to gather and plan our days. It was the perfect location. Plenty of parking. "The owner messaged that the access code would be sent the morning of our arrival. When it hadn't arrived mid afternoon we started to message with no response. We finally got a phone call about 1 hour after check in time. Was starting to panic a little. Nice space, clean beds and linens. I'm not sure where the garden space is.
