"We booked a room for one night and was a night that I will try to forget. The room heating wasn't working, the AC did not worked on heating . We had to sleep 3 people in one bad to get warmed since the temperature in the room was around 16 C. Check in was a little strange with no one to great us and had we not had the kindest of a stranger and their Internet, we would have been unable to download the message from the app with the owners number on it to gain access to the property. We saw noone for the whole of our stay. Room was OK. Downside is none of the plug holes had plugs. "
