"We stayed at the Flamingo house over Thanksgiving, so we could visit the Plimoth Patuxet Museum to see how the pilgrims did Thanksgiving. The house was cozy and clean, with a lot of rooms and beds—which was good for a family with 4 kids and a dog. Jocelyn, our host, was very nice and helpful throughout our stay. She gave us ideas for things to do in the area with the kids, took care of every ask, and let us have a late exit. We would definitely come back again. "

"Not only is the view spectacular, Bruce and Rohani were lovely hosts who went the extra mile to ensure my family had everything we needed. From setting up the house to accommodate a 3 and 1 year old, to checking in periodically if we needed anything, or to answering any questions, they were some of the best hosts we’ve interacted with. "The property was wonderful and the host was excellent. I had lots of questions during our stay as it was our first time in Falmouth, and the host made sure we had answers to everything we needed. They even had a binder full of local recommendations in the room when we checked in! "

"Sheets weren't clean. Room Door locks were broken and bashed into. Not enough parking due to the bar out back that caused noise and had drunks banging on peoples doors in the hotel. Electric issues. Had lamps with no plugs to power the lights. Low wifi, so tvs signals were lost every 2 minutes. If you have the money, stay elsewhere and pay extra to do so."

"Location is perfect, right on the beach, store across the street and walkable to town. Only drawback, which is out of your control, was the massive amount of seaweed this year. But we got past it on our paddle board, kayak and large float."

"Not remotely as pictured. Had to go up 2 flights of stairs to reach room. No elevator. No sofas, just 1 old chair. 2 low lumpy twin beds. No bedside tables or lamps. Really bad."
