"This is a very cute hotel that's gone all in on a whimsical theming centered around weather and umbrellas. All the staff I interacted with were lovely and welcoming, and both check in and check out were very easy. Highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Manchester"

"Perfectly located by the station which was our main reason for selecting this hotel for our stay this time due to an early train with luggage. From walking through the reception we were so surprised about the quality of the furnishings, the decor and the politeness of all staff. The rooms was perfect for an overnight stay and well priced. "The staff at the Residence Inn Marriot in Piccadilly were exceptional! They provided us with personalized directions when asked and were always friendly and positive. They greet you upon arrival and wish you well as you walk out of the hotel. Everyone from the front desk, to the breakfast personnel, housekeepers, and evening concierge attendants were excellent. We were upgraded to a suite upon arrival and allowed to check in early since we arrived at lunchtime. It was a wonderful experience to stay @ this Marriot. I would recommend this hotel and will stay here again in the future."
