Nur ein Sonnenschirm, die Sonnenliegen und auch der Schirm sind in keinem guten Zustand. Gleiches gilt für die Aussenmöbel. Darüber hinaus müssten Badezimmerfugen (Schimmel!?) und die Decke im Wohnzimmer (Wasserschaden!?) repariert werden. Für diesen Preis könnte man sicherlich erwarten, dass man solche Dinge kontinuierlich modernisiert. Bitte...

"Wow, a fantastic villa in a beautiful location. The hosts, Mike and Michelle are brilliant and are on hand to offer advice on the best restaurants in the area. The villa has everything you'll need and a very good pool. "

"Everything about out stay in Casa Sant Roc was perfect. The information provided by Vicky before we arrived was really useful, including some recommendations of places to visit (which were spot on!). The villa was exactly as described in the listing, and portrayed in the photos. The kitchen was a joy to be in, which is what you want when you're on holiday. The A/C was much appreciated in the bedrooms. The pool was probably the best we have had, so warm. And little touches like the table tennis...

"Beautiful traditional villa with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Lovely pool and outside space. Not too far from supermarkets, beaches, restaurants etc but having a car is important. Great enclosed garden for a dog and a good place to walk him nearby. All in all a very enjoyable stay and we will hopefully come back soon"

"The stone villa is one of the most unique stays we’ve ever had and may ever have. It’s located in a castle town in the middle of the beautiful country side. The house is large and the pool is nice if it’s hot outside. The only negative is that the bedroom and hallway on the kitchen floor has a strong sewage odor. It was hard to be in that area and this issue should be addressed. "
