"The hotel staff was very prompt, curious, friendly, and professional. We visited the hotel in early March and found it to be relatively quiet. They provide a shuttle service to Diamond Peak ski resort included with our stay. Overall, we were very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and plan to return back."

"Had to walk through the smokey casino. Construction marginalized the place, but I suppose that is temporary. Since there are plenty of options in the city, I would probably choose a different hotel next time. "
